Zusammenfassung

Community Howard Regional Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced, 8-bed unit. You will work night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) with three 12-hour shifts per week and some weekend rotation to cover WEO staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a strong team, compassionate patient care, and adherence to professional standards. A nursing degree from an accredited program and Indiana RN license are required; ICU experience is preferred

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in Indiana (NLC).
• ICU experience preferred or new grads considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Accountable and self-directed.
• EPIC experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Care for the highest acuity ICU patients in an 8-bed unit.
• Collaborate with a strong care team to deliver complex infusions, monitoring, and ventilator support.
• Participate in care planning and patient safety initiatives.
