Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Hazleton is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional care through assessment, planning, and evaluation in line with department policies. You will direct and manage care for designated patients in a fast-paced ICU setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, communicate with patients and families, and participate in quality improvement projects while maintaining clinical competency and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
• Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care.
• Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty.
• Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
• Basic computer skills.
