Job summary

WellStar is seeking a staff RN for Fulltime Nights (7p–7a) on the ICU Float Team. This Magnet designated campus supports patients with critical care needs and requires flexibility to float within Paulding.

The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, coordinating care, and maintaining documentation while upholding clinical standards and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience required.

Responsibilities
