Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Patient Care Associate for a full-time night shift at our Boston area hospital. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and environmental support, focusing on patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with nursing tasks, transporting patients, and maintaining confidential records while collaborating with the care team to coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth unit operations.

Qualificações

• HS degree minimum required.
• American Heart Association Heartsaver or BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists the registered nurse in the functional care of patients, ensuring patient-centered care.
• Transports or accompanies patients as necessary within the hospital.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and documents routine care parameters and patient information.
• Performs admission, transfer, and discharge tasks as requested by a nurse.
