Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide for the ICU Neurology unit in Winston-Salem, NC. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, Nurse Aide certification in good standing, Basic Life Support, and strong communication skills. 35.1 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts and every-other-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Nurse Aide in good standing with the state registry.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Performs procedures under RN direction.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
