Kaweah Health seeks a Neuro/Trauma ICU Certified Nursing Assistant for night shifts in Visalia, CA. You will provide holistic patient care under RN supervision, respond to calls promptly, and support ICU and trauma team activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADL, vital signs, specimen transport, and post-mortem care when needed, while maintaining confidentiality and safety in a high-acuity environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• CA Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• HeartSaver AED certification within 60 days of hire/transfer.
• Experience in ICU/trauma settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Report variances in patient condition to licensed staff promptly.
• Answer call bells within two minutes and assist patients with needs.
• Assist nursing staff and perform delegated tasks safely under RN supervision.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes and maintain privacy.
• Maintain clean, safe patient environments and document care in EMR.
