Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an RN for the MICU-3 in Tuscaloosa, AL. This contract position supports a 16-bed high-acuity unit with complex patient monitoring and collaborative care across disciplines.

Expect to float to other units as needed, with 36 hours per week guaranteed and potential 48-hour weeks. The role requires a nursing degree, Alabama RN license (or compact), and ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications.

Qualifications

• RN with associated degree in nursing and Alabama license.
• Must have ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications or equivalent.
• Experience in MICU or critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU.
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed.
• Work 36 hours per week (may include 48 hours) and holidays.
• Collaborate with care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
