• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care; involves patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely documentation in EHR.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs and age-specific requirements.
