Job summary

Ochsner Health System is seeking an RN for ICU LTACH on the Jeff Hwy campus. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to an LTACH population, using the nursing process, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

We require an active RN license, current BLS, and ICU/LTACH experience is preferred. This is a full-time day shift with a $30,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, and support for ongoing clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (required).
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in ICU or LTACH settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Delegate and direct licensed and ancillary staff.
• Ensure quality patient outcomes and safety in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet unit goals.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
