Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians and staff.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Ensures patients receive cost-effective, professional care with high safety and quality.
• Assesses and improves quality of patient experience.
• Fosters an environment of patient and family-centered care and participates in PI activities.
