White Rock Medical Center is seeking a experienced House Supervisor to lead staff during evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will oversee clinical activities, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure optimal care across departments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of ICU House Supervisor experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Leadership, communication, and adherence to HIPAA are essential in this role at our Dallas-area hospital.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a House Supervisor, specifically in ICU.
• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BLS and ACLS from AHA required.

Responsibilities

• Fills staffing gaps during evenings, nights and weekends.
• Functions as staffing coordinator during evenings and weekends.
• Coordinates bed access and admissions during evening/weekend hours.
• Allocates staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Monitors patient flow and resource needs across the facility.
• Communicates barriers to Administration on Call.
