Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is looking for a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in Critical Care at West Penn Hospital. Your role will encompass assessing patient needs and implementing care plans across various specialties, including intensive care.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of acute care experience and hold current licensure in Pennsylvania. A commitment to patient advocacy and teamwork is essential, along with necessary certifications like ACLS and CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience required in ICU.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 criminal background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and plan accordingly.
• Provide safe and effective care for the assigned age population.
