Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Florida or eNLC in good standing.
• CPR/BLS per American Heart Association in good standing.
• PALS and ACLS required within specified timelines.
• NRP required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of patient admission, history, assessment, and pain reassessment.
• Conduct handoff with oncoming RN using SBAR; document in Cerner.
• Plan, implement, and document the care plan in collaboration with disciplines.
• Provide nursing care including ventilator care, IV monitoring, suctioning, lines and drains.
• Follow physician orders and administer medications per six rights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team during daily rounds and promote Family Centered Care.
