Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (compact or single state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent experience in critical care units such as ICU or CVICU.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care, utilizing the full nursing process.
• Manage critically ill patients confidently, administering medications, infusions, and treatments safely.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care standards.
