Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston is seeking a Staff Nurse for the ICU Float Pool, a 36-hour-per-week position with variable night shifts, onsite at 75 Francis Street.

You will provide care for patients in the float pool and work collaboratively to deliver safe, compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
• ICU experience preferred; 1-2 years of med/surg experience required.
• Certification in a specialty area encouraged.
• Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.

Responsibilities

• Providing care for patients within the float pool.
• Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

The Staff Nurse Will Be Responsible For

• Providing care for patients within the float pool

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.

Experience: ICU experience preferred. 1-2 years of med/surg exp required.

Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.

Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
