Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I/II for inpatient pharmacy services including drug distribution, IV admixture, and medical therapy management. You will supervise pharmacy support staff and ensure regulatory compliance within a major hospital setting.

The role requires a PharmD or B.Pharm with post-2006 experience, state licensure in MI and OH, and 3 years of inpatient practice along with BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in Michigan and Ohio.
• 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• BLS, ACLS and/or PALS certification.
• Board Certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information, and regulatory compliance.
• Directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.
