Job summary
Morrison Healthcare in Charleston, SC is seeking a Specialty Medical Intensive Care Registered Dietitian to provide inpatient nutrition care for Medical-Surgical ICU patients. Qualifications
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Two years of work experience in specialty preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans for Medical-Surgical ICU patients.
- Provide education on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and community.
- Apply latest research in nutrition care to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
- Mentor and develop dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
