Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Dialysis Technician II for Fairview Hospital's Dialysis unit in Cleveland. You will perform and support CRRT and PD therapies for acutely ill patients, handling dialysate preparation, machine setup, and nursing collaboration.

This role requires strong clinical skills and teamwork in a high-acuity ICU environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CDT certification, BLS, and 2 years of IHD experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified by the state as a CDT and maintain current certification.
• BLS Certification through the AHA or American Red Cross.
• Two years of prior Intermittent Hemodialysis (IHD) experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support CRRT and PD procedures for acutely ill patients.
• Prepare and set up dialysis solutions and machines for therapy.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist ICU nurses with alarms.
• Draw bio samples, clean and disinfect equipment, and stock supplies.
• Support clinical research projects and 5S zone responsibilities.
• Mentor other staff and participate in program improvements.
