CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent North unit is seeking an ICU Nurse to monitor critically ill patients and provide high-level care after major injuries or surgeries.

You will start shifts with handoffs, follow care plans, and assist physicians with procedures as needed, including chest tubes or central lines, wound care, and imaging coordination. Success hinges on multitasking, vigilance, and patient advocacy throughout shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in AR (upon hire).
• BLS CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs and family concerns.
• Guide and direct support staff in patient care tasks.
• Manage equipment setup and alarms; operate IV pumps and monitoring devices.
