The role operates under Nurse Managers and follows Wellstar's Professional Practice Model, Evidence-Based Practice, and Shared Governance. Requires licensure and at least 5 years of direct patient care experience, with ACLS/BLS certifications and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• All certifications required on hire (ACLS, BLS, RN/Compact).
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Excellent English communication and basic computer skills.
