Job Description - ICU/CRITICAL CARE RN-Night Shift - Temple Women's and Families (250734)

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Temple Women's and Families Hospital is looking to add experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year experience or more in ICU, ED, or other critical care nursing experience for this position.

The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers, and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. The RN will direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative, and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.

Education
  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
  2. Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
  1. 1 Year experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred)

1 year or more of ICU, ED, or other critical care experience highly desired

License/Certifications
