You will deliver nursing care, participate in practice development, and collaborate with physicians to implement orders. The role requires PA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, a BSN is preferred but ASN is required, and a minimum of four years in acute care with two years in critical care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification must be current.
• Four years RN acute care experience with two years critical care or higher acuity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and evaluation of nursing practices in the clinical setting.
• Provide patient care on Intensive Care and Critical Care units.
• Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing care per physician orders and identify unit problems.
