Jefferson Health in the greater Philadelphia region is seeking a per diem RN for day shifts across ICU/CCU units. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under physician supervision and contributing to nursing practice improvements.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or BSN, active Pennsylvania RN license, BLS and ACLS, with four years of acute care experience and CCRN certification preferred. Per diem schedule includes 60 hours over six weeks, with weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ASN required.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license (or eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association.
• Four years RN acute care with two years critical care or higher acuity.
• CCRN certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participating in development and evaluation of nursing practices in the clinical setting.
• Providing patient care on Intensive Care and Critical Care units.
• Planning and provision of comprehensive nursing care and delivery of prescribed regimens.
