Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking experienced FirstChoice RN staff to cover short- and long-term assignments across hospitals. The role involves floating to different units and locations, maintaining licensure, and delivering high-quality care in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across locations/regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse settings.
