Job summary

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Hospital seeks an ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse for its Western Market Regional Resource Pool. The role supports a flexible, self-scheduling program with premium pay and a mandated 144 prescheduled hours per month (36 hours/week).

Candidates must be willing to work across multiple units within 75 miles of two Sentara hospitals in Northern Virginia/Blue Ridge region. Requires a Registered Nurse Diploma and an active RN license; BLS within 90 days of hire; a

• Registered Nurse Diploma required.
• RN License required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 18 months of acute care RN experience.
• Experience working across multiple units and self-scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process.
