Job summary

Kindred Hospital Baldwin Park is seeking a Registered Nurse skilled in critical care to provide high-quality patient care for critically ill patients. You will collaborate with physicians, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.

The role requires ACLS/BCLS and a current RN license, with a focus on fast decision-making, patient safety, and compassion in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• RN license/certification current.
• ACLS/BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Serve as patient advocate and coordinate with family and interdisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, care plans, and patient data in EMR.
• Administer medications safely following hospital policies and the seven rights.
