Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and teach patients and families.
• Delegate and direct nursing team resources; lead on the interdisciplinary team.
• Use data to evaluate care and promote quality outcomes.
• Foster patient satisfaction and morale; ensure privacy and respectful care.
• Adapt care approaches to diverse patient populations and settings.
• Perform other related duties and stay compliant with laws and standards.
