Required RN license in state of practice and BLS; Bachelor’s degree preferred. The position is on-site with a focus on compassionate, inclusive care and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.

Responsabilités

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and teaches diverse patients and families.
• Leads and delegates within the nursing team and partners with the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and staff morale within the unit.
• Adapts communication and care to diverse patient populations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
