Exceed Medical is seeking a Critical Care Advanced Practitioner (APP) to deliver advanced, evidence-based care in the ICU. The role is open to board-certified AGACNPs or PAs with ICU experience and ACLS/BLS. Qualifications

• Board-certified AGACNP or PA with ICU care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year ICU/critical care experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary ICU team.
