Job summary

OU Medicine is looking for an Advanced Practice Student in the CNS Track within their Medical ICU & SD Services department. This position is designed for those completing a Master’s Degree in Nursing in a Clinical Nurse Specialist Track and aims to provide extensive clinical exposure and opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and will assist in advancing nursing practices and providing direct patient care through collaboration with nursing staff and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Nurse Specialist program.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Patient Care.
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural needs of patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within scope of an experienced Registered Nurse.
