Job summary

MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Intensive Care Unit. This full-time day shift runs 5:00am-5:00pm, with a focus on Safe Patient Family Centered Care. Under RN supervision, the CNA coordinates and performs CNA/LNA duties to support the unit's clinical operations.

New hire bonuses apply: $2,500 for 0-1 year experience and $4,000 for 1+ year experience for full-time roles; prorated for part-time. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: CNA in Maine or LNA in New Hampshire; BLS certification required or within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the unit's clinical duties under RN supervision.
• Perform CNA/LNA duties as appropriate to support the unit.
• Assist with ensuring Safe Patient Family Centered Care in the ICU.
