Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group and supervise related clinical activities.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel, using professional and supervisory judgment.
• Coordinate plan of care with the client, family and interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
• Observe patient lifts and mobilization; participate in patient handling as needed.
• Adhere to the California Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards of practice.
