Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience is required.
• Pharmacist license (RPH) is required or Residency Training can substitute this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care that is safe and effective.
• Compound and mix ingredients following policies; include IV/irrigation solutions.
• Consult with patients and caregivers about medications and options.
• Verify medication orders for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness.
• Dispense medications and maintain proper records and charges.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and oversee daily activities.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and quality control of medications.
• Track narcotics and other drug inventories as required by law.
