Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate high-quality, evidence-based care for an assigned group of patients, including planning, implementing and evaluating care. You will work within NMH policies, ethics, and regulatory standards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include a BSN or higher, NLN-accredited education, IL RN license, and BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN accredited nursing program.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Current State of Illinois RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent, evidence-based care for assigned patients.
• Adhere to ANA standards, Code of Ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to advance patient plan of care.
