Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care during the assigned shift. This role reports to the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager and serves as a staff mentor.
