Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU/CCU to plan and implement professional nursing care. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patients, administer medications, and ensure high-quality care in a high-acuity environment.

New graduates are welcome, with 2–5 years of related clinical experience preferred and RN licensure in North Carolina or a compact state.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current NC RN license or Compact state licensure.
• 2–5 years of related clinical experience preferred.
• New graduate nurses are accepted and welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs based on evaluations.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Perform as charge nurse as assigned.
