Job summary

Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse for ICU/CCU on the night shift. The role offers 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with an 18-month commitment.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering cardiac medications, performing ALS procedures, interpreting invasive hemodynamic data, and educating patients and families about heart conditions and care plans. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Expertise in cardiac monitoring and advanced life support.
• Effective communication with physicians, team, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor vital signs and respond to changes.
• Administer complex cardiac medications as ordered.
• Perform ACLS procedures including CPR and defibrillation.
• Interpret invasive hemodynamic data (CVP, PA pressures).
• Educate patients and families about heart conditions and care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
