Qualifications

• ADN required and Oregon RN license.
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience or Critical Care Nursing Residency.
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, CC IV meds, ECG rhythm recognition, ventilated patient care, IV starts.

Responsibilities

• Participates with interdisciplinary team using effective communication.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation in care plans.
• Adapts care to patient status changes and communicates needs to physician and family.
• Provides compassionate care during transitions in life or lifecycles.
