Job summary

Dignity Health in Chandler, AZ, invites qualified nurses to join Chandler Regional Medical Center (CRMC) as a CCICU RN. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality critical care, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

The role requires one year of acute care RN experience, AZ RN license, and active BLS/ACLS within 6 months. Dignity Health offers education benefits for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.

Qualifications

• One (1) year RN acute care experience.
• ADN Diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
• Current BLS healthcare provider card.
• Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (lab, vitals, test values) timely and clinically.
• Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside.
