Job summary

TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN is seeking a Critical Care Nurse. The RN will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to assess and plan care, administer medications, monitor patients, and support families.

Requirements include Tennessee or compact-state RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and at least one year of RN experience; ICU experience preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs.
• Provide respiratory and ventilator management and monitoring.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care as primary patient care lead.
• Record and communicate patient condition via computerized systems.
• Assist with discharge planning with the healthcare team.
