Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a patient-care associate to support nursing staff in a hospital setting in New Jersey. The role includes phlebotomy, glucometer testing and EKG responsibilities, along with standard clerical duties and supply management.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred; UAP training accepted if applicable.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct and indirect patient care per unit procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, glucometer testing and EKG as assigned.
• Handle clerical tasks, supply maintenance and unit documentation.
