Kaiser Permanente in Honolulu, HI is seeking a part-time Hospital Aide for the ICU - Cardiac Surgery unit. The role supports licensed staff under supervision, assisting with admissions, data collection, and patient care tasks in a high-acuity inpatient setting.

The position requires Hospital Aide training or equivalent military program, Basic Life Support, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior related experience is preferred, and adherence to safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in oral communication, written communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service.
• Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Training/giving and receiving instructions.
• Mathematical ability, attention to detail, concentration and alertness.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assists with ongoing data collection and reports changes to RN/LPN.
• Records data and nursing care activities in medical records per standards.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient/hospital information.
• Functions with awareness of safety principles and infection control standards.
