Job Summary and Qualifications

This role supports our mission to improve quality of life by addressing the whole person's needs. The BMT Critical Care RN oversees care for critically ill BMT/Oncology patients, including those requiring ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive agents, CVVH, and other BMT admissions criteria. The RN leads multidisciplinary collaboration, supervises assistive personnel, and is responsible for final patient care accountability. Within 24 months, the RN will acquire BMT critical care skills. Additional duties are performed as assigned.

Qualifications Needed:
  • Current Colorado RN license or multistate license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • NIHSS certification within 90 days.
  • ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card within 90 days.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
  • EKG interpretation competency or course within 6 months.
  • Minimum one year of critical care experience.
