Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and delivers critical care management for ICU patients under supervision.
• Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments as part of the ICU team.
• Coordinates patient referrals and discharges from the ICU, ensuring continuity of care.
• Participates in on-boarding and ongoing education for ICU staff and team members.
