Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for Critical Care/ICU at Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL. This is a full-time inpatient role with no overnight shifts, rotating weekends, and travel to affiliated NorthShore facilities as needed.

You will lead patient assessments, orders, and multidisciplinary collaboration in a high-acuity ICU setting. The position requires IL APN/PA licensure with DEA, BLS/CPR, and ACLS, plus ICU experience or completion of a CCU residency.

Qualifications

• IL APN/PA licensure required and DEA license.
• Graduate of accredited PA Master’s or APN MS/ DNP program.
• BLS/CPR & ACLS certification required.
• Prior APN/PA ICU/CCU experience preferred.
• ANP or FNP with relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to ICU patients under physician direction.
• Obtain detailed history, perform exams, and interpret results.
• Maintain records and progress notes; collaborate with health team.
• Prescribe therapies under protocol; promote evidence-based practice.
