Qualifications

• Must have acute care certification for the position.
• Must possess NP Certification and valid NJ state license.
• Experience in a critical care environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inpatient care for critical care patients.
• Performs admission assessments and appropriate treatment.
• Rounds daily with the attending physician on the unit.

Skills

Acute care certification preferred

1-2 years acute care hospital experience preferred

Current APN or PA License

NP Certification

Current NJ state license, CDS and DEA

Current BLS/ACLS required

Education

Relevant medical degree
