Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of PCB ICT testing experience.
• Experience with ATE systems and test programming.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 quality standards.
• Strong debugging and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ICT test programs for PCB assemblies.
• Create/test fixtures and hardware for prototypes to production.
• Work with ATE systems (Teradyne/Keysight/SPEA).
• Identify and resolve test setup issues and failures.
• Perform RCAs and generate defect/quality reports.
• Calibrate and maintain ICT equipment; update software/hardware.
• Drive test coverage improvement and reduce test time.
• Train technicians on ICT equipment and testing procedures.
