Section Team Lead – ICT Security

In this role, you will lead and empower the ICT Security section, overseeing operations and staff, driving technical excellence and project delivery. You will shape smart, secure environments by managing the design of integrated security and communications systems including structured cabling, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and network infrastructure. You will collaborate across disciplines with architects, MEP, civil engineers and technology designers to create coordinated, future‑ready solutions. You will champion digital resilience by integrating cybersecurity principles into physical security and ICT network designs to strengthen building system reliability and protection. You will guide projects and clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor for commercial, industrial, and government clients from concept through delivery. You will support marketing and business development, develop proposals, and represent HDR’s ICT expertise in client meetings and industry forums. You will develop talent by mentoring and coaching team members, fostering knowledge‑sharing and building a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will uphold HDR’s culture of collaboration, accountability, and ownership, and help grow our shared success as a 100% employee‑owned firm.
