In the role of ICT/Security Healthcare Principal, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Leading discussions on scope and latest technology trends with healthcare clients.
  2. Collaborating with HDR's global ICT/Security team to provide a vision for the healthcare market.
  3. Working with HDR business development leaders on healthcare pursuits and strategies.
  4. Staying current on ICT/Security healthcare technology trends.
  5. Leading designs for ICT/Security Healthcare projects and mentoring designers.
  6. Evaluating, selecting, and applying state-of-the-art ICT/security systems, techniques, and procedures.
  7. Providing quality reviews of ICT/Security documentation.
  8. Recommending procedures, devices, equipment, and writing specifications for ICT/Security systems.
  9. Collaborating directly with owners as part of project teams.
  10. Assisting other designers, project coordinators, or technicians as needed.
  11. Performing other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in security system design, familiar with Autodesk.
  • RCDD certification is helpful.
