Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – ICT & Digital Modernisation to support technical assistance assignments related to institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications, and cybersecurity.

The role will assess current digital maturity, develop IT modernization roadmaps, and advise on governance and capacity building for public institutions as part of the Egypt Drawdown Facility project in alignment with EU–Egypt priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.
• Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to institutional IT systems, digital workflows and ICT infrastructure.
• Advise on secure communications, information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
• Assist in digital modernization within public administrations and roadmaps for IT modernization.

Job description

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Drawdown Facility.”

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – ICT & Digital Modernisation to support technical assistance assignments related to institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications, cybersecurity, and digital modernisation of public institutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.
• Arabic is desirable.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience assessing and modernising institutional IT systems and digital workflows.
• Experience preparing technical assessments, specifications and IT modernisation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of secure communications, information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience supporting digital modernisation within public administrations desirable.
